Prescription Refill Representative - RX Call Center

The Prescription Renewal Representative is responsible for handling all aspects of processing prescription renewal requests. The Prescription Renewal Representative works under the supervision of pharmacy services and working within established protocols and/or as an agent of for the provider authorizing prescription refills. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing patients with exceptional customer service and serving as the liaison between patients, physicians and pharmacies.
