Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior LivingFull-Time Physical Therapist - $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Compensation: $41.00 – $48.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
PRN Physical Therapist
Flat rate: $55.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy services that promote resident mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Educate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies.
Support residents in achieving their personal goals while honoring their preferences and routines.
Qualifications
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Degree and training that meet Medicare and state requirements
Ability to complete required documentation and regulatory compliance standards
Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
