(Senior) Service Manager – Infrastructure Services (m/f/d)

Your Impact

You will ensure that global infrastructure services are delivered with stability, consistency, and operational excellence—creating a reliable technology foundation that enables business success across the enterprise.

This role is critical to translating global service standards into measurable operational outcomes while strengthening trust between IT, business stakeholders, and service providers.

What You Will Drive

• End-to-end accountability for infrastructure service performance, availability, and quality

• Strong alignment between business expectations and operational service delivery

• Consistent application of global service governance, SLAs, and performance standards

• Effective coordination across infrastructure domains, regional teams, and service providers

• Proactive identification and resolution of service risks and operational challenges

• Strong vendor performance management, ensuring delivery against agreed commitments

• Continuous improvement of infrastructure services, processes, and operational maturity

• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure resilient and scalable infrastructure operations

• Transparent service reporting and performance management for business and IT stakeholders

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in IT Service Management and Infrastructure Operations within complex international environments

• Proven track record managing services in multi-vendor and outsourced ecosystems

• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations and service governance principles

• Experience building and maturing scalable service management capabilities

• Knowledge of regulated industries and GxP requirements is an advantage

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT

• Strong operational ownership with a proactive and structured working style

• Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational excellence
