Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sr. M echanical Design Engineer to lead our mechanical design team and contribute to the successful delivery of diverse and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Mechanical Design team across multiple projects.
• Develop and review HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems designs.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to achieve seamless project integration.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage project workloads, schedules, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7 + years of experience in mechanical design within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a mechanical design team.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

Software Proficiency

• Revit MEP
• AutoCAD
• HAP
• Elite Software
• Strong knowledge and Experience of BIM coordination and design workflows.
