Senior Marketing Coordinator (Executive Support, Social Media & CRM Operations) – Remote

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (PST Required)

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support executive operations, marketing execution, content coordination, and program administration in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

This is not a strategic marketing leadership role.

This is a highly execution-focused position built for someone who thrives in structured but fast-paced environments and enjoys keeping systems, content, communication, and workflows organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Own

Executive & Operational Coordination

  • Support day-to-day executive and operational workflows
  • Manage:

  • Ensure deadlines, follow-ups, and operational details are completed accurately
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively flag issues

  • Community platforms
  • Manage:
  • Engagement
  • Direct messages

Content Creation & Digital Assets

  • Edit and produce:
  • Short-form videos
  • Social media graphics
  • Marketing assets
  • Organize and format:
  • Workbooks
  • Guides

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and content

Email Marketing & CRM Operations

  • Build and manage workflows in:

  • Maintain clean CRM records and organized pipeline tracking

  • Support onboarding and administrative coordination
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues across online platforms

Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support

  • Conduct research to build:
  • Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
  • Prospect lists
  • Lead generation data
  • Support outbound outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with:
  • Minor website updates
  • Account setup
  • Reporting and documentation
