About the Role

As the Program Lead Gen AI , you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation of Generative AI initiatives across the banking ecosystem. This role involves managing a portfolio of AI projects, aligning them with business goals, and fostering innovation through cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping the organization’s AI strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of AI programs that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Project Portfolio Management

• Lead and coordinate multiple Generative AI projects simultaneously.
• Define project scopes, objectives, success criteria, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure seamless execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

AI Strategy Development

• Develop and refine the organization’s Generative AI strategy.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption across customer experience, risk, and operations.
• Evaluate potential AI solutions and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with business leaders, data scientists, and technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across departments to drive innovation and adoption.

Resource Management

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and utilization to ensure efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Graduation : B.Sc or B.Tech or BCA or B.Com or BBA
• Post-graduation : MBA or PGDM

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in program management, with exposure to AI/ML initiatives, preferably in BFSI or technology-led environments.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, especially Generative AI and their business applications.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
