Requirements

•

Minimum 7 years of experience building end-to-end web products.

•

Strong experience developing scalable B2B SaaS applications.

•

Experience owning features or products end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

•

Ability to mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and drive engineering best practices.

•

Comfortable coordinating with a small engineering team to deliver high-quality products.

•

Hands-on expertise in modern web technologies and backend development.

•

Exposure to mobile application development is preferred.

•

Strong understanding of system design, architecture, scalability, and performance.

•

Experience building platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), examination, assessment, or similar B2B products is highly preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

•

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Work closely with a small team of engineers to drive execution and technical excellence.
