Job description

OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening!

SUMMARY

  • Camp Dates: Session 1: July 6 – 9 and/or Session 2: July 13 – 16
  • Availability for both weeks of camp is preferred
  • Hours: 7:45 am – 2:00 pm
  • Location: Great Valley 5/6 Center
  • Hourly pay rate - $20 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist multilingual learners by supporting small groups of students with lesson activities and educational centers
  • Supervise students at lunch and recess, and in transitions across the building
  • Help with distribution and organization of materials and supplies

EDUCATION / EXPRIENCE

  • Flexibility in working with all different age groups is required
  • Regular/General Instructional Aide (IA) - High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Prior public-school experience and/or working with school-aged children in a licensed, certified, or registered provider setting - preferred

CREDENTIALING

(Clearances current within 11 months)

Paid clearances & TB screening!

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI – Use code 1KG6XN
  • TB Screening - current within 3 months
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
  • Paid credential renewals
  • 3 days of paid time off (prorated based on start date)
