Dean of Students (2026-2027)

Position Reports to: School Director Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year Hours: 7:30am-4:45pm + some out of school time responsibilities Compensation: $75,000-$105,000 (Please note that this is a general range; salaries are determined based on credentials and years of experience)

Position Summary: All Classical staff members share the undying belief that maximizing student achievement is at the core of their work. The Dean of Students is an essential part of the leadership team. The role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to maintain a positive school culture that promotes academic and character growth. Reporting to the School Director, the Dean of Students is responsible for: Character Education Teaching character education in every class once per week Creating grade-appropriate, application-oriented, character education curriculum
