If you were the SFA, Corporate FP&A - Capital Management, your core responsibilities would include:
- Capital Planning & Governance:
- Partnering with business and regional teams to support capital budgeting and forecasting cycles, including the global consolidation of capital forecasts.
- Developing and maintaining planning templates, methodologies, and timelines.
- Capital Reporting & Insights:
- Building and maintaining capital reporting frameworks and improving forecast accuracy through variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Delivering monthly and quarterly reporting on capital spend, project performance, and key variances, and supporting executive reporting on capital investments.
- Partnering with Arc’teryx Accounting and Amer Global Accounting/Finance team to understand monthly actuals vs plan
- Supporting the build out of system Capital Reporting in OneStream
- Developing financial models and dashboards to support capital planning and reporting.
- Supporting business partners and functions in establishing controls and processes related to capital spending.
- Driving initiatives that increase stakeholder ownership and accountability for operational spending.
- Owning and maintaining depreciation models, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and accounting requirements.
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve FP&A and capital management processes.
- Supporting the broader Corporate FP&A In-Year Planning team, including quarterly forecast and annual budget cycles, and creation of processes
Are you our next SFA, Corporate FP&A?
- You have 4+ years proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with Capital experience an asset
- You have a achelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent and ideally have your CPA, CMA, CA, CFA
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You can coordinate and lead projects to completion
- You have experience with capital planning, reporting and consolidation
- You have advanced financial modeling skills, including experience with depreciation and investment analysis
- You have advanced analytical skills with a strong aptitude for MS Excel and experience with OneStream or Oracle ERP
- You have experience in project management and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate with individuals across departments, organizations, and countries
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You can balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment

Compensation: The salary range for this role is CAD$94,000 - CAD$123,000
