About the role

The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for providing exceptional in-room dining service while supporting private bar operations. This role ensures all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and care, delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences that reflect Four Seasons standards. This position is part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting to In-Room Dining Management.

What you will do

•

Deliver in-room dining orders with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail

•

Set up, present, and clear in-room dining service in a timely and elegant manner

•

Provide expert knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and beverage pairings

•

Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, personalized dining experience

•

Support private bar operations, including stocking, replenishing, and customizing in-room minibar offerings

•

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment

•

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism

•

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service standards

•

Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure consistent service delivery

•

Adapt to varied shifts, including split shifts between in-room dining and private bar duties

What you bring

•

High school diploma or equivalent experience

•

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role; hotel or restaurant experience preferred

•

Strong food & beverage knowledge with a passion for service excellence

•

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

•

Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems

•

Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 100 lbs

•

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts
