Context
Orange International Networks Infrastructures & Services (OINIS) is the technical department at the service of the Orange Group on an international scale. With more than 1,700 highly qualified employees around the world, OINIS is a benchmark player in networks, infrastructure and security. The mission of the OINIS management is to design, plan, deploy and operate the international and long-distance networks (backbone), as well as the IS infrastructures of the Orange group, while staying abreast of innovation and new market trends. The expertise of OINIS expertise allows to meet the needs of Wholesale and Enterprise customers.
UCP for Unified Cloud Platform is the Orange group program that unifies our cloud expertise to build a common, scalable and private cloud to serve both internal and external needs. It ambitions to gather expertise into one integration organization, unlocking full potential of our talents, driving synergies and speed up deliveries.
UCP-PU for Product Units is the new cloud model built on new technology, open source oriented to avoid vendor lock-in, automation to provide security and speed in delivery, and Agile team empowerment to focus on modular products as building blocks and services.
Mission : Within the OW SECURITY Governance team, your mission will be to ensure that security aspects are properly taken into account during the design and implementation of the UCP Product Units.

What you’ll be doing
- Establishing security architecture strategies with UCP-PU teams in alignment with the overall business strategy and contributing to the deployment of the principles of the global security model
- Developing reference models for security architectures
- Contributing to the translation of security policies into operational security standards
- Supporting PU lead and team members in designing architecture, specifying various configurations, and defining technical security requirements to integrate new systems or upgrade existing ones. Running iterative security workshops with UCP-PU teams
- Advising UCP-PU Design Authority on the selection of technical solutions and recommending secure architectures for one or a set of information systems; ensuring regulatory compliance when applicable
- Participating in the selection of software/service vendors or open source solutions from a security perspective
- Regularly reviewing existing architecture, identifying gaps, and making security improvement recommendations
- Defining security validation testing strategies and monitoring the implementation of recommendations
- Advising on the use and combination of existing security components
- Analyzing security risks associated with the introduction of new technologies or information systems
- Keeping abreast of new threats and incorporating them into security architecture definitions
- Maintaining relationships with vendors to stay informed about technological innovations and security tools, with the aim of integrating them into security architectures when appropriate
- Contributing to the maturity development of technical architects and urban planners in information system security
- Collaborating with security technical specialists to consolidate a comprehensive view of security
What you need to know/have
- Mastery of the Information System and Cloud, including its urbanization and architecture.
- Strong experience in Cloud Security
- Security of operating systems, networks and protocols
- Security of CI/CD and supply chain
- Contribution of architectures to security: design and models, system integration
- Knowledge of market and open source security solutions
- Cybersecurity technological watch and study of cybersecurity innovation trends
- Ability to understand cybersecurity threats
- Ability to work across different departments within the organization
- Ability to integrate into networks for technological monitoring
