What we’re looking for

We are seeking a counselor to handle the daily activities of our Human Resources department for employees based in France.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handle various administrative requests related to payroll management received via the Ticketing system, respecting processing deadlines (absences, work schedules, promotions, telecommuting, sick leaves, information requests, etc.)
  • In certain situations, communicate with employees via Teams/Email to address received requests
  • Organize and maintain employee files
  • Update internal databases
  • Manage payroll
  • Ensure the compliance of administrative documents
  • Update documentation in case of procedural changes
  • Monitor activity (reports, dashboards, etc.)
  • Stay in contact with the support team based in France to provide solutions to employees
  • Qualify received requests as needed

What you need to know/have

  • French – B2 level
  • Interest in HR, with an analytical and synthesis mindset always seeking solutions
  • Efficiency in completing daily tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills, listening, and supporting/assisting employees
  • Ease in communication and teamwork
  • Rigor and autonomy in executing tasks and working methods
  • Reactivity and proactivity in handling cases to resolve various issues
  • Versatility and a desire to develop new skills
  • Respect for governance and current regulations
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
