Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Supply Planner(SAP) to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing

• Manage and maintain supply planning files (Excel spreadsheets) for all areas
• Review and analyze data to identify potential errors or extraordinary patterns
• Communicate findings and collaborate with Sunrise employees in Switzerland
• Create and manage material master data in SAP
• Create and manage blanked orders (outline agreements) in SAP
• Create Purchase Requisition in SAP
• Create POs in SAP and send PO documents to suppliers
• Review POs for planned Good Receipts and Invoice Receipts
• Update POs for any changes communicated back from Suppliers

what we are looking for

• Strong experience with Excel and SAP
• Fluent English
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
• Ability to independently resolve issues using existing solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different regions
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• A proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvements
