Work Experience

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

Compensation : $95,000 - $105,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
