Job Requirements
We are looking for a Director Enterprise Sales representative to Identify and close (full sales cycle responsibility) new logo opportunities in the surrounding region. In this role, you will be utilizing a solutions-based sales process. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution and e-commerce style of candidate engagement. In this role, you will identify, build and nurture strategic executive level relationships in Enterprise organizations.
Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need the following
2-5 years-experience in SaaS sales roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, driven and results oriented
High energy
Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
Direct experience working within the HR/Recruiting environment a major plus
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
