Recruiting Coordinator

Job Requirements

As a Recruiting Coordinator at one of Philly’s fastest growing saas companies, you will play an integral role in scaling our company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Support the Recruiting Team with all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle

Schedule interviews, organize candidate travel, and monitor interviews

Help manage and create a flawless candidate experience

Maintain data integrity in various systems in order to capture recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions

Participate in other adhoc recruiting projects to help scale the function

Participate in internship hiring process

Manage career site job postings and check for accuracy

Work Experience

1-5 years experience in recruitment coordination, prior recruitment experience a plus

Exceptional communication skills, ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, attention to detail, a thick-skin and the confidence and desire to support the recruitment team
