Data Product Owner

We are hiring a Data Product Owner. You will work with our Engineering and Data Science teams to drive the development of product features based on AI technologies. You will ensure that these new features address customer needs. You will bring a discipline of rigorous and creative measurement to power feature innovation and evolution.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prioritize ideas for new AI-driven features, products and services
• Align ideas to business vision, strategy and metrics
• Drive the integration of robust AI technologies in the Phenom platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, especially. Product Management, Engineering and Data Science
• Communicate with clients or client-facing teams to understand and address client needs through innovative AI products

Work Experience

Requirements

• A broad, up-to-date awareness of AI, statistics and measurement
• In-depth understanding of at least one AI area
• A sixth sense for what’s feasible in AI and machine learning
• Practical experience in productionizing AI tech, preferably in an industry setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• MS or BS with 5+ years relevant experience
• Quantitative expertise and ability to apply it in a hard-to-measure setting, such as econometrics, psychometrics or political science
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Strong inter-cultural communication and collaboration skills
