Job Requirements
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and work with our phenomenal Enterprise clients and join in the disruptive technology and thought leadership in the Global Talent Experience Management Cloud Platform.
Processes across all teams including procedures, internal service level agreements and productivity and quality metrics
Collaborate and build relationships among Success, Sales and Support to deliver exceptional service
Partner with Account Management to manage an integrated, complementary account management strategy focused on phenomenal customer satisfaction
Partners with all Customers to drive business value
Lead the support function to establish expectations that provide timely, professional and accurate reactive support to all Customers.
Work in a high energy, crazy-fun, and agile team environment. it’s a fast-paced, with new projects popping up quickly and tight deadlines always around the corner.

Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need the following
A minimum of 3-5 years related experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or working in a Customer Success Manager capacity in a saas environment
Experience implementing technology and ensuring adoption of new technology
Proven success in leading high-performance teams, achieving results through others, and being a strong team player
Previously successful in team building, scaling, management, coaching and mentorship
Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities
Experience using technology, metrics and reporting to manage a customer support function.
Excellent product and process knowledge
