Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Requirements

You are a multi-faceted superstar that loves getting up in the morning to make people's lives better and more efficient through the use of information technology. As the main support tech of a rapidly growing startup, you will be the face of IT, with customer satisfaction being your primary goal.

What You'll Do

• Maintain systems and company IT assets such as MacBook, IT accessories and AV equipment.
• Plan, deploy and configure new systems to keep up with changing needs
• Support our end users in leveraging technology to optimize their workflows
• Monitor for security threats and malware, staying ahead of the curve to protect our users
• Educate on and enforce our IT compliance and policy obligations
• Conduct training on the system features
• Physical and facilitative tasks as needed (Moving desks, assembling furniture, relocating users, etc.)
• Oversee office security and access. (Issue keycards, maintain security cameras, etc.)

Non-Essential Functions

• Be familiar with the various types of workable setups for each meeting room.
• Working knowledge of AV equipment, assist AV person/guest as needed.

Work Experience

What We Look For

• Experience with Mac OS administration and support
• Experience managing formal ticketing systems
• Experience administering SaaS technologies
• Experience with machine and account provisioning and de-provisioning
• Experience managing Enterprise security: Endpoint security—disk encryption, laptop/mobile lockdown Email security—tools for signed/encrypted email communication
• Experience in basic network setup and Mobile device management technologies

Pluses

• Experience administering Gsuite Enterprise
• Experience fighting spam and email spoofing
• Experience with Meraki networking and Systems Manager
• Atlassian product suite expert
• Apple Certified Associate or ACSP certification
• Technical certifications ( CompTIA A+ Certification )
• Experience with AV systems setup and video editing
• Supporting a dynamic startup environment and growing it into a refined workspace
• Prior training experience is a plus
• Handy with power tools
