The Role As Marketing Manager, you strengthen Rockpanel's marketing execution across European markets by supporting, coaching, and aligning the local MarCom network. The local MarCom managers will be responsible for the day to day operations and be the first point of contact for their local organization. You act as the operational bridge between local market teams, global priorities, and digital marketing, helping ensure campaigns and initiatives are rolled out consistently, efficiently, and with strong local impact. You proactively identify execution bottlenecks and improve ways of working through stronger processes, practical tools, templates, and clear follow-up. In doing so, you help local teams spend more time on creating local market impact and less on operational friction. You also facilitate collaboration across markets by sharing best practices, successful approaches, and learnings that help raise the overall execution standard throughout the MarCom network. In addition, you help strengthen communication and alignment between technical functions and local MarCom teams by translating technical or regulatory developments into clear and practical market guidance. - Support and coach local MarCom teams in campaign implementation and execution;
- Translate global campaign strategies into clear local activation guidance;
- Improve execution consistency, quality, and speed across markets;
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively improve processes and ways of working;
