Do you love Italian coffee, a great glass of wine, and making guests feel truly welcome? Then we are looking for you! You will work alternately behind the bar and on the floor, in a warm, friendly team where hospitality and atmosphere come first. What will you do?

• Welcome guests, seat them and advise on menu and wine choices
• Take orders and pass them to the kitchen via the POS system
• Make classic Italian coffees (espresso, cappuccino, macchiato)
• Prepare aperitifs and cocktails (Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Hugo, etc.)
• Serve wine and inform guests about Italian wines
• Handle card and cash payments
• Set, clear and clean tables
• Prepare and stock the bar (mise en place)
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere - the Italian way
• Cleaning duties according to HACCP guidelines Who are we looking for?
• Hospitality experience is a plus (not required - we love training motivated people!))
• Welcoming, social and presentable
• Good command of English or Dutch; Italian, Spanish or another Mediterranean language is a strong plus
• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends
• Stress-resistant and attentive to detail Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
• Knowledge of coffee, wine or cocktails is a plus
• Minimum age 18 (for serving alcohol)
• EU citizenship or valid Dutch work permit
