We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship-building. This is a high-impact role focused on cold calling, demo booking, pipeline generation, and supporting revenue growth. You will work closely with leadership teams and engage directly with decision-makers in the D2C and eCommerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other engagement channels.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Research target accounts, understand business challenges, and personalize outreach strategies.
- Execute multi-channel sales campaigns with a strong focus on phone-based engagement.
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and convert interest into demo opportunities and product trials.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent pipeline management.
- Support trial activations and collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities toward closure.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event prospecting activities to maximize lead generation opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with founders, CXOs, and key stakeholders across target industries.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, inside sales, or business development roles.
- Strong cold-calling skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, D2C, eCommerce, or technology-driven environments.
- Comfortable handling objections, overcoming rejection, and maintaining a positive, target-driven mindset.
- Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and pipeline management best practices.
- Ambitious, growth-oriented, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales and business development.
