JOB SUMMARY

Conduct and deliver on-boarding training activities and organizational sales training responsibilities for Sales Professionals. Identify and use most efficient training methods and modalities. Evaluate training material, delivery methods and support documentation for updates and improvements. Evaluate participants on set criteria, document feedback and share the evaluation with supervisors and participants. Responsible for learning and maintaining industry best practices in adult learning methodologies and techniques; product knowledge; and knowledge of internal systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts and delivers training sessions that include instructional product, process, time management, skill building, customer relationship, and other training and continuing education segments.
  • Identifies and delivers training using most efficient training methods and modalities including virtual online trainings, webinars, mobile/tablet, ride-withs, one-on-one, in-person classroom and/or a combination of methods. Training sessions include all forms of product and sales training along with coaching business/team leaders and members through the use of leadership, coaching, feedback and influencing skills; supporting and teaching the resolution of conflict by designing the process for and acting as a coach and/or facilitator; and/or working with Sales Management to train and facilitate new programs with all of our sales and commercial partners.
  • Ensure all training programs and initiatives align with and support business objectives. Implement and support product and process improvements through sales content for sales and sales related positions.
  • Evaluates participants based on set criteria. Consistently documents feedback, delivers feedback to trainee, and shares the evaluation with leaders as appropriate.
  • Evaluates training material, delivery methods and support documentation for updates and improvements on an ongoing basis. Recommends suggestions and solutions for curriculum design, development and updates. Recommends non-training and training solutions including development of new programs, activities and resources. May assist Instructional Designers with training curriculum content and design. Tracks and analyzes success of programs using methods identified in measurement plan. Recommends and implements creative training solutions that are aligned with PHENOM values, principles and learning philosophy.
  • Responsible for learning and maintaining industry best practices in adult learning methodologies and techniques; product knowledge; and knowledge of internal systems, mentor, train and coach others as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong, effective training facilitator with a strong understanding of industry education and training, and adult learning methodologies and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success at effectively delivering training programs, and choosing the most effective learning methods and modalities.
  • Ability to develop curriculum and lesson plans for the effective transfer of knowledge to adult learners.
  • Solid technical knowledge of PHENOM products.
  • Proactively drive and support change and continuous improvement
  • Solves problems independently and assumes responsibility.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional teams
  • Works under minimal supervision.
  • ATD or equivalent certified
  • Mentors, trains and coaches others as needed.
  • Highly skilled and proficient.
  • Typically, 3-6 years of relevant training experience.
  • Typically, 3 years of relevant sales experience.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
  • Scientific or advanced studies preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Up to 60% travel required.
  • Weekend hours may be required.
