Due to continuing business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work collaboratively with business managers across multiple sites to deliver positive strategic talent objectives. This is a key role which directly impacts our ability to execute our future commercial strategy as PHENOM continues leading the market globally and delivering a robust innovation pipeline.

Working closely with a supportive HR team you will focus on identifying and securing talent through end to end recruitment. You will also use your experience utilising technology to develop and drive the execution of our ANZ talent strategy

What you will need to be a success

• significant experience in recruitment in a corporate environment across a variety of technical and commercial roles
• experience with recruitment technologies (Workday expertise is highly desirable)
• ability to leverage relationships with a global team of TA specialists
• sound knowledge of Industrial/Employee relations, employment law and interpretation of awards
• demonstrated ability in building relationships, communicating and partnering with the business
