Human Resource Manager- Legal

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Legal sector who is looking for an HR Manager to help support their HR functions in the LA office. This opportunity is located in DTLA and will be in the office at a hybrid scheudle. This opportunity is looking for someone with direct experience working in the Legal industry . This opportunity is looking to pay between 140k-170k on a direct hire basis.

Job Specifications

• Shape and implement HR policies and procedures
• Help support talent managment
• Collaborate and manage employee training and development
• Handling all employee relations and employee engagement responsibilities
• Over 8 years of HR Manager experience required for role
• Experience working at a Law Firm or other Professional services environment required
• Bachelors Degree highly preferred
