About the Role: Temp to Hire! Onsite
A growing compliance-focused organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry / Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk to support customer data management and invoice processing. This role is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate order and customer information, reconciling Excel data, and supporting high-volume billing through NetSuite. The ideal candidate brings precision, strong Excel skills, and experience in A/R or administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
•
Input and maintain new and existing customer details in internal systems
•
Process and extract incoming order details in preparation for billing
•
Review data for accuracy and completeness before uploading to NetSuite
•
Reconcile Excel files and upload into NetSuite to auto-generate invoices
•
Manage high-volume invoicing tasks with speed and accuracy
•
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely billing
•
Maintain thorough documentation of all order and invoice activities
Qualifications
•
2 years of experience in data entry, accounts receivable, billing, or administrative operations
•
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
•
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/invoicing systems preferred
•
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bonus Skills
•
Familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, or CRM/order entry systems
•
Experience in e-commerce or fulfillment-based environments
