Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of HR experience in a corporate or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
