Financial Manager & Data Analytics

About the Opportunity

• Collaborate with global IT and finance stakeholders to streamline monthly forecasting inputs from international teams
• Develop centralized tools for budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic performance tracking
• Build and maintain allocation models that accurately assign tech and infrastructure costs by function
• Lead automation efforts to modernize expense approval workflows
• Analyze monthly results across business units and regions, producing consolidated insights for executive review
• Align reporting structures between corporate and technology teams to ensure consistency and clarity
• Produce high-level forecasts and financial packages for both internal and external needs
• Work closely with commercial finance to ensure data integrity for management reporting
• Support financial evaluation and execution of new capital investment projects
• Implement business intelligence and dashboard solutions to improve agility and visibility in decision-making
• Drive process improvement by challenging legacy systems and methods

About You

• 5–10 years in financial planning and forecasting, financial modelling, working with business intelligence tools and large data sets
• Strong communicator with ability to influence strategic decisions
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• CPA (or equivalent), or MBA is an asset but not required
• Industry experience (pharmaceuticals, technology) is an asset but not required
• Experience implementing or optimizing automation is an asset but not required

Pay Rate

$45/Hour
