Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Bowling Green, KY

Our client is a leading manufacturing company with a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and our people. They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and support our growing operations in Bowling Green, KY.
Position Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions at our Bowling Green facility, supporting approximately 1000 employees. This role is critical to cultivating a positive culture, ensuring compliance, and driving key HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational objectives
- Manage workforce planning and staffing needs to support production schedules
- Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Administer benefits, compensation programs, and leave policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support safety initiatives and workers’ compensation programs in collaboration with the EHS team
- Maintain accurate HR metrics and reports for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance standards
- Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
