Job description

Job Description :We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Manage client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and satisfaction from the outset.
  • Monitor account performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or client relations roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
