Job description
Lead the launch of a new strategic product from market shaping to commercialization
Localize global strategies and translate market insights into actionable business plans
Drive product performance, portfolio growth, and business results while acting as the Product Business Owner.
Lead cross-functional projects and align key stakeholders
Build and manage relationships with Internal & External stakeholders
Partner with regional and global teams to drive strategic initiatives
Demonstrate leadership through mentoring, influence, and organizational development
- Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 8 years in Marketing. Experience within Ophthalmology or related therapeutic areas is a plus.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing, including product management, brand strategy, and portfolio lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of patient journey, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and treatment ecosystem.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
- Experience leading product launches, brand growth initiatives, and omnichannel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and regional teams.
- Fluent English & Korean communication skills with proven experience working in a regional or global matrix environment.
