Meet your future team

You will join PwC Regulated Solutions within the Insurance Managed Services team, working closely with experienced accountants and specialists in captive management. The team collaborates daily to deliver accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance services for reinsurance captive entities.

What your role will look like

As a Junior Associate, you will contribute to the accurate financial management and regulatory reporting of reinsurance captives. Your role supports reliable financial information, enabling clients to meet regulatory expectations and make informed decisions.

Maintain accounting records for captive entities, ensuring accuracy across journal entries, reconciliations, and closings Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under Lux GAAP Support the preparation of regulatory reporting submitted to the CAA Contribute to audit readiness by preparing documentation and addressing auditor queries Process premium and claims accounting in line with reinsurance treaties Deliver management reporting to clients and support their financial oversight Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency

Your growth and opportunities

You will build a strong foundation in accounting within the reinsurance and captive insurance sector. Over time, your exposure will expand to regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II and the Luxembourg environment, with increasing ownership of deliverables and client interactions.

The skills you bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Initial experience in accounting, audit, or financial services (including internships) Proficient use of Microsoft Excel French and English language skills Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
