FINGAL FOOD AND DRINK LIMITED T/a 5Rock is looking for creative chefs to join our team. Job Location - 5 ROCK Restaurant , 20 Harbour Road, Skerries, Co. Dublin, K34 HX36

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Working Hours - 39 hours per week

Salary: €36,605.00 per annum

Experience: restaurant: 2 years (Required) Line Cook: 2 years (Required)

Job Duties

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Qualification: Degree or Diploma with a Minimum 2 years of Chef Experience.
