Service Advisor

Motor Services Limited require 1 Service Advisor for its automotive dealership at MSL Motor Group, North Circular Road, North City Business Park, Dublin 11, Dublin. The salary range starts from €36,000 to €56,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements: Act as the primary customer contact for service appointments and vehicle repair needs. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, document customer concerns, and recommend services. Provide accurate estimates, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians. Manage service workflow to ensure timely completion and quality standards. Communicate status updates, upsell recommended services, and resolve customer issues. Maintain compliance with brand standards, warranties, and safety protocols.

Qualifications: Prior service advisor experience in a dealership; luxury brand experience preferred. Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics. Excellent customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with dealership management/service systems. Strong time-management and multitasking ability. Valid driver’s license; ability to work flexible hours.
