Operations & Data Specialist

MFR Service Station Ltd, is seeking an Operations and Data Specialist who will be working at their premises TEXACO Westside Service Station, Model Farm Road Cork, T12VXT1.

Role Summary The Operations and Data Specialist will support daily retail operations, inventory management, system administration, and data analysis to improve store performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day retail and fuel station operations
• Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends and improve efficiency
• Generate operational and performance reports
• Maintain and support POS, payment, and inventory systems
• Assist with troubleshooting technical and system-related issues
• Support cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance procedures
• Deliver customer service support and assist with promotions and merchandising
• Work closely with management to improve operational performance

24 months contract 39 hours per week Annual salary €37,000 €18.24 per hour
