Restaurant Manager for Indian Restaurant
Pippali Indian Grill is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager!
Pippali Indian Grill is an Indian restaurant serving authentic Indian food with a focus on quality, flavour, hospitality and traditional cooking culture. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager to help manage the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure a high standard of service, organisation and guest experience.
As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of the restaurant, including staff planning, customer service, communication between the kitchen and front-of-house, purchasing, quality control and general operational management. You will play an important role in ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently and professionally every day.
Your main tasks will include: Managing and coordinating the daily restaurant operations Planning staff schedules and assigning daily tasks Supervising and supporting kitchen and service staff Ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction Handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally Coordinating communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house staff Assisting with purchasing, stock control and supplier coordination Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety and workplace procedures Helping maintain quality, efficiency and consistency in restaurant operations Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks Training and guiding new employees when needed
We expect that you: Have relevant education in hospitality, restaurant management, business or a related field, or equivalent documented professional experience Have experience from the restaurant, hospitality or food service industry Have experience with staff coordination, planning and daily operations Can work independently and take responsibility for running daily restaurant tasks Have good communication and organisational skills Are service-minded, reliable, flexible and solution-oriented Can handle a busy restaurant environment and make decisions under pressure Have knowledge of hygiene, food safety and restaurant service standards Can communicate in English. Danish is an advantage but not required. Knowledge of Indian food culture, Indian cuisine or Indian restaurant operations is an advantage.

Applicants should be able to document their professional background through relevant certificates, diplomas, employment references, recommendation letters, previous employment records or other documentation showing education and/or practical experience in restaurant management, hospitality, business operations or staff coordination.
