Fulltime Waiter

We are looking to hire a fulltime waiter at Café Phenix in Valby.

The requirements for the position are

•

You must be able to work well under stress/pressure, as those situations can occur during busy periods.

•

You must be serviceminded and serviceoriented and be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.

•

You are able to work during weekdays, weekends, and both mornings and evenings.

•

You are able to switch between different tasks during a shift (serving, taking orders, making drinks etc.)

•

You know how to work and take care of several things at a time - keeping an eye on tables, orders etc.

Inluded tasks in the position

•

Serving and handling customers.

•

Providing good and professional customer service.

•

Cleaning tables, silverware etc. Make sure the café is represented in a clean and good manner.

•

Participate in occasional staff meetings.

•

Be flexible with hours and shifts during a week.

•

Prepare tables for reservations and ensuring everything is running smoothly during a shift.

•

Communicate clearly with your coworkers and help provide and maintain a good and professional work atmosphere.

•

Barteninding is not a must, but definitely a plus (making coffees, cocktails, soft drinks etc.)

•

You have to be able to cooperate with your colleagues and be able to work as a part of a team.

•

Take responsibility for your tasks.

•

Provide and maintain a clean work space at all times.

•

Keep clear communication with your team as well as kitchen staff (super important during busy periods).
