Experienced Fast Food Team Leader - Chermside (Dine-In)

Hours on Offer

• Availability Type: Nights and Weekends
• Times: Shifts commencing after 3:00pm
• Total Hours: Between 15 and 24 hours

What You'll Be Doing

• Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard
• Leading and supporting team members including juniors
• Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results
• Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
• Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally
• Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation
• Cash handling and register operation
• Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality
• A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
• Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene

Mandatory Requirements

• I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate (free online, must be completed before starting)
• Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)
• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
