Managing Director

• Diploma/degree in business or engineering discipline. A basic technical knowledge and understanding is of importance.
• Experience from trading industry, preferably steel industry.
• Sales background, documented skills in leading a sales organization.
• Strong skills in people management and leadership, at least 5-10 years management experience.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experiences in business development and sale’s to companies acting in the production industries.
• Good knowledge about stock management/logistics/ -and production.
• Flexible team player with open and outgoing personality and willingness to travel.
• A natural talent to influence, negotiate, sell and establish relationships with major as well as minor customers.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Very good verbal and written Swedish and English skills.
