Job description

The Process Development team within the Product Quality department is looking for a Process Developer.

The Process Development team's responsibility is to prioritize, coordinate, drive and follow up on internal improvement work and Process Development cross-functionally within Product Management & Development (PM&D).

The Process Developer o Acts Super User for the management system 'How We Work' o Supports Husqvarna division PM&D Improvement Process by o Gathering data as input to the selection process to prioritize improvement initiatives o Analyzing input data (from Lessons Learned, Internal Audits, Employee proposals etc) o Registering, handling and following-up data and on-going improvements o Presenting improvement suggestions to relevant stakeholders o Supporting process owners o Participates in or drive Process Improvement Projects o Takes part in the team responsibility for Husqvarna Division Product Creation Process

Your background o Masters Degree in Engineering or similar o Experience of working with process development o Experience of product development o Experience of change management o Experience of management systems o Knowledge of Sharepoint

As a person you have o Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills o Excellent oral and written communication skills o Educational skills o Ability to independently plan and drive improvement projects o Highly organized and ability to manage several projects
