Collecting both short term and long term suggestions on system development

Handling of support request and ongoing tickets against IT Servicedesk (HCL)

Contributing on system updates

Manage and steer regular meetings regarding our business systems

Be a part of the steering team towards GIS, and assist in driving AS agenda together with other stakeholders
