The business area Extruded Solutions supplies aluminium profiles and profile based solutions in applications ranging from windows and furniture to cars and cruise ships. Innovation &Technology – I&T is Extruded Solution’s research organization, working with development of material, processes and product applications. We have 80 highly educated and experienced employees throughout the world, including physicists, chemists, metallurgists, mechanical engineers and advanced technicians. This position is located in Finspång, Sweden. You can find more information about Hydro on www.hydro.com Areas of responsibility/Role in Extruded Solution

  • Key HR responsible for Innovation &Technology Finspång site, support HR for the other I&T sites (e.g. Troy, US and PT, global).
  • Connection and link to Extruded Solutions BA HR and other external relevant communities
  • Together with Innovation & Technology management administrating the recruitment process within the organization
  • Introduction of new employees update the introduction program and employee -handbook, -database and -statistics
  • Payroll and salary adjustment administration.
  • Travel system management.
  • Support tasks in finance/accounting, IT, document library and other admin systems
  • Promote and drive efficiency improvements in routines and systems in I&T, and promote collaboration across departments
  • Coordinate and support Hydro Corporate Tax in relation to Swedish Tax reporting requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or other relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, from similar role or staff/support function role.
  • Experience from HR or quality work is an asset
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
  • Experience in managing multifunctional and multi-cultural teams required.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of independence
  • Exposure to the manufacturing and industry is a plus Additional information
