Main responsibilities: Development of Master production schedule for the site Standardize process for manufacturing orders planning & control Provide lead time information for all product groups Identify bottlenecks in the production flow to improve lead times Production activity control to ensure the right sequencing/scheduling of the planned orders Inventory management Develop and report KPI’s Who are you? Remanufacturing is part of Volvo Group Trucks Operations, Powertrain Production. We are responsible for Remanufacturing of Engines, Gearboxes and others remanufactured components and production of low volume based products for the Volvo Group. We have remanufacturing sites in Sweden, France, US, Brazil, India, China and Japan.

The logistics department in Flen is responsible for Customer orders, Production & Material Management. It is a dynamic working environment where the team is aiming to standardize and continuously improve the information flow and product flow in order to deliver the right quantities at the right time to meet our customer demands.

The role for Production Planning & Control is a strategic role both for the team and the site. You along another team member will shape the future of production planning & control at the site. It will involve the development and implementation of best practices in order to provide lead times on product group levels, recommendations for increase or decrease in capacities, sequencing of shop floor orders and inventory levels at the facility.
