Job description
As ideal for the position you have 5-10 years of experience from a product management in the medical device industry. Being willing to undertake international travel is crucial for this position. Fluent proficiency in English is necessary in order to succeed in this role. Any other languages are beneficial. As a person you are an enthusiastic and self-propelled team-player who drives results and takes responsibility. We are recruiting a Product Support Manager for our focus area Low Temperature Sterilization. You will, together with your team, be managing the existing product lines within the BCU Surgical Workflows and ensuring performance and profitability. The product lines represents one of Getinge´s identified growth area in the future. Together with your team you are responsible for implementing Getinge ´s strategy for the product lines. You will be a member of the Infection Control Healthcare team. Your main responsibilities and tasks include:
- Alignment and coordination of the implementation of the BCU’s product strategy with the Regions’ sales strategy
- support in managing complex tenders and products
- expertise for customized products and manage implementation in cooperation with the product engineering teams in the supply chain
- develop in cooperation with the regions sales strategies as well as campaigns to push specific product lines
