As Store Manager, your main mission is to lead your store in the work to reach goals and maximize the sales. As a role model of your sales team, you will also make sure to always motivate and lead your staff in best way possible.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Sales, customer assistance and the building up of customer loyalty
• Motivate and always develop your sales team
• Analyzing and assuring the revenues of the store
• Visual Merchandising
