About you

We are looking for an outgoing and organized person with experience in sales, and we believe you have been successful through high activity, persistence and knowledge of our industry. You are a proactive, entrepreneurial, flexible person with an eye for business potential. We believe that you enjoy working independently and in a fast pace environment. Establishing new relationships and networks is a large part of the job. To succeed in this position we believe you enjoy customer contact and are service minded. You are fluent in Swedish as well as having good knowledge of English and the MS Office tools. As this position involves daily reporting of sales data into Excel and Argus, a good system knowledge is required. You will have clear budget responsibility and it is therefore important that you have a strong drive to succeed. You have a driving license and secondary education, while higher education is considered an advantage. Key Accountabilities

As a Sales Representative, you will work towards increasing sales for the Barilla and Wasa brands in your district. Your daily tasks will include store visits to present news, campaigns as well as stocking shelves and creating attractive exposures. You will upload your daily sales activities into a tracking systems so that the impact of the sales can be collected. We work actively with space management to enhance the stores profitability in our categories, and provide solid support and advice to the stores to optimize the shelves where our products are represented. In this role you are the first hand contact and representative towards the stores. Barilla Worldwide
