Job description
At LIONLEAD Real Estate, we don't follow, we lead. We're building a high-performance property group across Cape Town, Sandton and beyond, and we're looking for someone to own how our people learn to win.
This is not a classroom training job. You'll codify the LIONLEAD way, the methods, the standards, the sales and rentals playbook and teach it by doing. The team follows people who can prove it, so you'll cold-call, present, and close in front of the agents you develop.
What you'll do

Build our training programme from first principles — start with what we have, find the gaps, and consolidate a refreshed core manual within your first six months.

Train and onboard new agents and staff to competence: prospecting, cold calling, listing presentations, objection handling, and closing.

Demonstrate live. Ride-alongs, real cold-call sessions, worked listing presentations — show, don't tell.

Own the outcomes. Track time-to-first-deal, completion, and retention, and improve the programme until the numbers move.

Embed our culture — "YOUR PROPERTY. OUR PRIDE." — into how people work every day.
•
Stay match-fit by keeping your own hand in live production.
Where it goes: this role is built to grow into Head of Learning & Development as our network scales — leadership pathways, certification, and franchise training across the group. You'll become the custodian of the LIONLEAD method.
