Job description

As a New Business Executive at Innova Market Insights, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business (or generating new business) opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will take ownership of the entire commercial sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. You are comfortable prospecting, cold calling, networking and opening doors with senior decision-makers across the F&B Industry.

You do this with confidence, energy, and a healthy dose of ambition.

This is not a role for someone who waits for opportunities to come to them. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating conversations and turning prospects into clients. If you are motivated by winning new business and building a pipeline from the ground up, you will thrive in this role.

Nothing falls through the cracks with you. You ensure that all commercial activities and customer interactions are accurately recorded in our CRM system, while keeping a close eye on market developments and competitor activity. Always alert, always looking ahead.

And then comes the real freedom: Can you make a compelling case for why meeting a prospect face-to-face makes the difference? If so, Europe becomes your playground.

In practice, this means

Traveling to clients across different countries

Exploring new markets and uncovering opportunities others have yet to discover

Representing Innova at international trade shows and industry events

Building a network that extends far beyond borders

Now, what does success look like in this role? You consistently generate new opportunities, build a healthy sales pipeline, and bring in new logos. In addition, you contribute to expanding Innova Market Insights’ presence in international markets and can convert prospects into long-term clients.
