Working Student - Offerings and Financial Controlling

in Munich

Your tasks

•

Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling and organizing internal training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.

•

Content Management: Upload, maintain, and update learning materials, course descriptions, and documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS).

•

Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with trainers, department/group leaders, and employees to ensure smooth training logistics.

•

Documentation & Tracking: Help track participation, attendance, and completion records in the LMS and generate reports as needed.

•

Continuous Improvement: Support process optimization for learning administration and contribute ideas to enhance the Academy’s operations.
